By accessing or using the Druk Stars Football Academy website (drukstarsfa.org.au), creating an account, registering a player, or booking a program or camp, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all users of the website, including parents, guardians, and any individuals who register on behalf of a player. References to "you" or "your" include both the account holder and any player registered under that account.

3. Account Registration
To access certain features, including player registration, camp booking, and membership management, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information as needed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at info@drukstarsfa.org.au if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
One account may manage multiple player profiles. Account holders must be 18 years of age or older. Accounts created for players under 18 must be managed by a parent or legal guardian.
4. Program & Camp Registrations
All program enrolments and camp bookings are subject to availability. Submitting a registration does not guarantee a place until confirmed by Druk Stars FA via email.
By registering a player, the account holder confirms that all information provided, including medical history, emergency contacts, and any disclosed conditions, is accurate and complete. It is the guardian's responsibility to update this information before each season or camp.
Druk Stars FA reserves the right to decline or remove any registration where, in our reasonable judgement, the player's participation may pose a risk to themselves or others, or where conduct has violated our Code of Conduct.
5. Payments
Payment is required to confirm a booking or enrolment. Where a payment gateway is live, all transactions are processed securely. We do not store card details on our servers.
Pricing is listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
In the event of a failed payment, your registration will not be confirmed. Please contact us at info@drukstarsfa.org.au if you experience any payment issues.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Refund requests are handled manually by our team. To request a refund or cancellation, email info@drukstarsfa.org.au with your name, booking reference, and reason for cancellation.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the start of a camp or program session are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future booking.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start date are not eligible for a refund. Credit may be offered at our discretion.
If Druk Stars FA cancels a session or camp due to circumstances within our control, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date. We are not responsible for costs incurred by participants as a result of cancellation (e.g. travel, accommodation).
Cancellations due to extreme weather, government directives, or other events outside our control (force majeure) will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will make every effort to offer a make-up session or credit.
7. Code of Conduct
All players, parents, guardians, and spectators are expected to conduct themselves respectfully at all times toward coaches, other players, referees, and academy staff.
Behaviour that constitutes bullying, harassment, discrimination, or abuse (verbal or physical) will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the session and suspension or termination of membership without refund.
Parents and guardians are responsible for the behaviour of any person they bring to academy events. Disruptive or aggressive behaviour by spectators may result in the associated player's registration being reviewed.
Druk Stars FA upholds the principles of fair play and expects all participants to represent the academy with integrity, both on and off the pitch.
8. Health, Safety & Medical Information
By registering a player, you confirm the player is medically fit to participate in physical football training. You agree to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect safe participation.
Druk Stars FA coaches hold relevant first aid qualifications. In the event of a medical emergency, we will contact emergency services and the nominated emergency contact. By registering, you consent to our coaches and staff administering basic first aid where necessary.
Players who arrive with an undisclosed injury or illness may be excluded from activity at the coach's discretion for safety reasons.
9. Photography & Media
Druk Stars FA may photograph or video sessions and events for use in promotional materials, social media, and the academy website. By registering, you consent to this use unless you notify us in writing at info@drukstarsfa.org.au that you wish to opt out.
If you opt out, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure your player is not featured in published media. Opting out does not affect your registration.
Participants and spectators are not permitted to photograph or record other players without the consent of their guardian.
10. Merchandise (Future)
Druk Stars FA intends to offer branded merchandise in a future phase of the platform. When live, separate product-specific terms will apply, including sizing, delivery, and return conditions. These terms will be displayed at the point of purchase.
Merchandise returns for change-of-mind may be accepted within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Defective or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded at no cost. All merchandise purchases will be governed by the Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Druk Stars FA is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in academy activities, except where caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property brought to academy sessions or events.
